We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What is the process for returning an item?
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@luluyoga.shop. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please ensure that the item is in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Can I return personalized or custom-made items?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for personalized or custom-made items. These items are specially made for you and cannot be resold.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
